The Panel of Administrators approved amendments to the Board's policies on vocational rehabilitation contained in Chapter 11 of Volume II of the Rehabilitation Services and Claims Manual. The amended policies address the principles and goals of vocational rehabilitation, eligibility criteria and the nature and extent of programs and services provided. The amendments were effective November 1, 2002 and apply to decisions made on or after November 1, 2002 on claims adjudicated under the Act, as amended by the Workers Compensation Amendment Act, 2002.
