The Panel of Administrators approved a new strategy for the ongoing review of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. The new strategy includes an analytical process for clarifying requirements of prescriptive and performance based regulation and establishes an advisory role for stakeholders in a two-tiered consultation model.
