At its October 2010 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. All amendments will become effective on February 1, 2011.
A strikethrough version of the amendments with explanatory notes are accessible from the following amendment packages. Deletions in the regulatory amendments are identified with a strikethrough and additions are in bold text and highlighted in yellow.
The above amendments were all taken to public hearings in May and June 2010.
