BOD Decision — 2026/03/27-02 — Extending coverage under section 7(2) of the Workers Compensation Act — Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction Community Based Employment Services Program
On March 27, 2026, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved a resolution to extend workers’ compensation coverage, under section 7(2) of the Workers Compensation Act, to participants in the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction Community Based Employment Services Program.
The resolution is effective March 27, 2026.
