BOD Decision - 2020/03/25-04 - Amendments to requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 296/97
At its March 25, 2020 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to section 20.47 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
The amendments will become effective on July 14, 2020 with the exception of the requirements in section 20.47(4) which will take effect on January 1, 2021.
