At its November 2019 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to the WorkSafeBC-controlled regulations under Part 1 of the Workers Compensation Act (Fishing Industry Regulations, Occupational Disease Recognition Regulation, Reports of Injuries Regulations, and Review of Old Permanent Disability Awards Regulation), consequential to the statutory revision of the Workers Compensation Act.

These amendments will become effective on April 6, 2020.
