BOD Decision -2010/03/17-08 – Procedure for Applying Sections 47(2) & (3) of the Act

On March 17, 2010, the Board of Directors approved changes to AP1-47-2, Charging Claim Costs to Employers, in the Assessment Manual and the deletion of policy item #115.11, Procedure for Applying Section 47(2) of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II.  These changes were made to remove duplication of policy.

These amendments came into effect on June 1, 2010, and apply to all decisions made on or after that date.
