WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors has approved amendments to Part 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, pertaining to combustible dusts. These amendments will come into effect on January 4, 2027, to give employers time to prepare for them. This backgrounder provides an overview of the changes.
