If you are registered with WorkSafeBC and your business operations are continuing under a new type of legal entity and the ownership remains the same, you must report it to us.

The fastest way to report a legal entity change is to log in to your online services account. Once logged in, select Manage my account under Insurance, then choose Report a legal entity change.
