To become certified, blasters in B.C. must provide documents supporting their eligibility and practical competency, and must pass a written exam.

WorkSafeBC blasting exams take place in person, with dates and locations outlined in this calendar. Space is limited so we advise that blasters register early for their preferred date and location, and registration must be at least six business days before the scheduled exam date.
