We need to receive a physician’s invoice within 90 days of the date that services were provided to an injured worker. Physicians can bill us electronically through Teleplan, using compatible software, or invoicing service bureau.

If invoices are submitted by fax or mail, the MSP fee items will not receive the premium applied to items that are electronically invoiced.
