This report presents a summary of the feedback WorkSafeBC received during the public consultation on proposed clarifications to the Assessable Payroll Practice Directive in 2025. The consultation process included four virtual sessions, an open call for feedback, and ongoing monitoring of public discussion.

More than 16,000 employers were invited to participate, and a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, ride-hail, local delivery, beauty, and pet services were represented.
