Proactive Strategies for Managing Workplace Harassment and Bullying

The study will identify best practices in managing workplace bullying and will develop practical tools that help organizations and managers understand the nature and impact of bullying. In addition, the study seeks to raise awareness of the extent and cost of workplace bullying.
