您是否外来劳工 ?

如果您在卑诗省工作，即使您并非合法在加拿大工作，您仍受【劳工赔偿法】的保护。如果您因工受伤, WorkSafeBC 会支付您在加拿大及回国後的医疗及康复开支，以及损失的薪金。您的雇主不能剥夺您的权利 。

你有否聘用短期外來勞工 ? 

所有在卑诗省工作的工人均受【劳工赔偿法】的保护，即使他/她并非合法在加拿大工作。如果您聘用了短期外来劳工，您必须把他/她的薪金包括在发薪名单内。如果外来劳工因工受伤，您必须在三天内向 WorkSafeBC 报告。 您不能剥夺您雇员的权利 。
