Amendments to Parts 8 and 31 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, relating to safety headgear and respirators, are in effect as of April 1, 2026.

These amendments update references to selected standards for safety headgear and respirators.

Two OHS Policies relating to respirators have corresponding amendments.

OHS Guidelines on safety headgear and respirators have also been updated.
