On January 25 and March 29, 2023, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved changes to policy item #50.00, Interest, in the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, to reflect the legislative amendments regarding interest made by Bill 41, the Workers Compensation Amendment Act (No. 2), 2022.

The amended policy applies to all decisions, including appellate decisions, made on or after April 3, 2023.
