Secure and convenient ways to pay by credit card
We offer several ways for employers to pay their insurance premiums securely, with online payment being the most convenient and efficient.
New phone payment process
If you prefer to pay by phone, please call our Employer Service Centre. When you call, please be aware we have a new process to protect your information: you will now need to be ready to enter your credit card number and security code on your phone’s keypad.
Our agents will still be available to assist with your transaction, but we can no longer verbally accept your credit card information and we cannot enter it on your behalf. We will continue to take any other information required to complete the transaction.

This new process is one of those best practices and will help ensure your credit card information is secure and cannot be overheard or accessed by any external parties.
