OHS Policies
The OHS policies set out WorkSafeBC policy with respect to matters under the OHS provisions of the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. The Workers Compensation Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
