There's no formal process required for pharmacies to bill medications to us. You just need to be a licensed pharmacy in Canada with the ability to submit claims electronically to Telus Health Solutions (Assure), and bill using the Pharmacy Benefits Management Program (PBM).

Getting our approval

If you're providing items other than prescription medications to injured workers, you may need a payee number from us. To get one, please contact our Procurement Services team.

You may also need our pre-approval to supply some products. To get approval, you can contact the worker's case manager through Teleclaim.
