The Return to Work Consultation and Education Services (RTW CES) Support Line is a free telephone service offered by WorkSafeBC. It is staffed by a Return to Work Specialist team that provides information, education, and resources focused on improving return-to-work outcomes in the workplace.

What our Return to Work Specialist team offers
Our Return to Work Specialist team is made up of experts in occupational injury and return-to-work planning. Their role is to:
- Provide a clinical perspective that is separate from claims entitlement and prevention issues
- Focus on early intervention and offers of modified work

- Return-to-work coordinators
- Business owners
- Human resources staff
- Safety officers
- Superintendents
- Supervisors and managers

- To help develop workplace injury management programs
- To understand WorkSafeBC return-to-work leading practices
- To understand more about return-to-work planning and supports available
