Noise control and hearing conservation program: Template

Too much exposure to workplace noise can cause permanent and irreversible damage to workers’ hearing. As an employer, you are required to have a hearing conservation program if your workers are regularly exposed to noise levels of 85 decibels or higher.

This template is provided to help you create a workplace noise control and hearing conservation program. The template is in a Microsoft Word format that you can modify and save with the information that’s relevant to your workplace. A guide is provided to help you understand the requirements, as well as two completed samples, one for a small employer and one for a large employer.
