Volume II of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual (RS&CM, Volume II), contains WorkSafeBC’s current policies on compensation and rehabilitation for injured workers and their dependants under British Columbia’s Workers Compensation Act (Act).
The policies in RS&CM, Volume II apply to all claims with a date of injury on or after June 30, 2002, and some claims with a date of injury before June 30, 2002, as explained in Item C1-1.00, Section D. The Act requires WorkSafeBC and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal to apply these policies when making decisions.
