See details about your claim, including WorkSafeBC correspondence, decisions on your claim, payment information, return-to-work dates, and more. There are two ways to see claim information:

*Your PAN is a 4 to 8 digit number found on the letter confirming that your claim was registered with WorkSafeBC and on the cheque stub of your first wage-loss payment. If you do not have a PAN, you can enter your claim number to get claim status only.
See the status of your firm’s claims and enter return-to-work dates.
To access this service, you must log on with a user ID and password.
You’ll be able to see your patient’s claim status when you provide your payee number and their Personal Health Number and WorkSafeBC claim number.
