Share access to your online account

Once you sign up for online services for your account, you become the Access Administrator. As an Access Administrator, it is your responsibility to ensure that only authorized users are accessing your account information.

Applications available to you in your online services account

After logging into your online services account, you’ll have access to all of the applications and data associated to your account. Applications that will be available to you include:

  • Employer Health and Safety Planning Tool Kit
  • Report payroll and pay premiums
  • View claim cost reports
  • View rate information

Granting access to applications containing your employer account information

Your online services account also enables you to grant access to applications containing your employer account information to a new user or an existing user. The following types of access are available under the menu option called Administration.

Grant access to your WorkSafeBC account to another user The Access Administrator can create a user ID and then grant that user access to certain applications for the account. Alternately, if the user already has an ID, the Access Administrator can find the ID and grant access to the account.
Grant access to your WorkSafeBC account to another user to view your claim cost information The Access Administrator can grant access to the View claim cost report application to an existing online user, or create a new user for that person, and then grant them access.
Grant access to your WorkSafeBC account to another user to report payroll and pay premiums on your account The Access Administrator can grant access to the Report payroll and pay premiums application to an existing online user, or create a new user for that person, and then grant them access.
