Compensation Practice Directive: #C16-1 — Inter-jurisdictional Claims

The current Interjurisdictional Agreement among Canadian Workers’ Compensation Boards (the Agreemen”) came into force in October 1993. The Workers’ Compensation Board of British Columbia is a party to this Agreement.

This practice directive provides guidance on the business processes for interjurisdictional claims.
