To determine whether there is evidence to support the efficacy and/or effectiveness of the Exarta system, as a rehabilitation tool, in treating numerous disease conditions including spinal cord injuries, stroke, head trauma, pain in large joints, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, back pain, intervertebral disc herniation, infertility, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, muscle tension and posture disorders, with particular emphasis on rehabilitation for spinal cord injuries.
