To investigate the extent to which ‘past B-cell lymphoma chemotherapy and radiotherapy to eye/kidney’ may pre-dispose a 49 Year old male firefighter to a one sided rotator cuff tear (which occurred in context of minimal trauma), with a focus on the effects of targeted radiotherapy and targeted chemotherapy for B-cell lymphoma on soft tissue and joints, in particular shoulder joints.
