Proposed Policy Amendments to Part 24 - Diving, Fishing and Other Marine Operations

The Policy, Regulation and Research Division (PRRD) is releasing a discussion paper on proposed policy amendments to Part 24 policies on Diving, Fishing, and Other Marine Operations in the Prevention Manual.

There are 19 policies in the Prevention Manual relating to Part 24 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. These policies are under review to determine if they are current and the content is appropriately placed. The goal is to ensure policies are streamlined, easy to understand, and duplicate content removed.

Proposed deletions of policy language is identified with a strikethrough and additions are identified in bold.
