OHS Policy P2-17-1 has been amended to remove assignment of authority to approve prosecutions to the President/CEO, because of repeal of obligation in the Act by the Workers Compensation Amendment Act, 2020 (Bill 23 of 2020), in effect August 14, 2020.
OHS Policies P2-17-3 and P2-97-1 have been revised (housekeeping amendments) to reflect amendments to the Act by the Workers Compensation Amendment Act, 2020 (Bill 23 of 2020), in effect August 14, 2020.
