Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
Several sections of the OHS Regulation were amended consequential to implementing the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1. All amendments are B.C. Reg 279/2019, effective April 6, 2020. Details of the amendments can be found in the Board of Directors Decision.
