WorkSafeBC’s COVID-19 Safety Plans
Every employer — and that includes WorkSafeBC — is required to have a COVID-19 safety plan that assesses the risk of exposure at their workplace and implements measures to keep their workers safe. In accordance with the order of the provincial health officer, this plan must be posted at the worksite and website, if applicable.
Our safety plans
In compliance with the provincial health officer’s order, we have posted WorkSafeBC’s organizational COVID-19 Safety Plan on our website.
In addition to our overall safety plan, each of our area offices has their own COVID-19 safety plan to provide information on how we are keeping workers safe in these locations. The safety plans for each office are posted on our Office locations page.
Your safety plan
You can learn more about developing your safety plan at Industry-specific information, which includes a template for a COVID-19 Safety Plan, and in our COVID-19 Safety Plan OHS Guideline, which includes information on the level of detail required and use of supporting documentation.
