Our secure online service makes managing claims easy. Workers can view all the information associated with their claim. Employers can check the status of a claim and enter return-to-work dates, as well as check their claims costs. Health care providers can check the status of a client's claim.

Online information for workers

If you have an online services account you can see the following details about your claim:

  • Decisions on your claim
  • Payment information
  • Return-to-work dates
  • Health care guidelines
  • Our correspondence with you
  • Medical reports

Log on or create an account

If you don't have an online account, you can still get information on your claim status, payment information, and return-to-work dates. You'll need the claim number we gave you and your Personal Account Number (PAN), a four-digit to eight-digit number found on the letter we sent you confirming that your claim was registered with us. Your PAN can also be found on the cheque stub of your first wage-loss payment.

If you do not have a PAN, you can enter your claim number and you will see your claim status only.
