We have enhanced our disclosure service to offer more options and online solutions to workers, employers, and their representatives.

Until now, when you requested a disclosure — the history of a worker’s claim with WorkSafeBC — you received the entire claim file. If the file was later updated, you received the entire file again along with the update.

Service now offers greater customization

As of August 8, 2020, our service will offer greater customization. When you first request a disclosure, you will receive the entire claim file. But if, at a later date, you request a new disclosure of the file, you will receive only the new documents added to the file since the last disclosure.

These changes are designed to save you time and administrative effort.
