On May 29, 2019, the Board of Directors approved amendments to policies in the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, the Prevention Manual, and the Assessment Manual related to merits and justice in decision-making.

The following policies were updated:

• policy item #2.20, Application of the Act and Policies, of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II,
• Item D1-107-1, Application of the Act and Policies, of the Prevention Manual, and
• Item AP1-1-0, Application of the Act and Policies, of the Assessment Manual.

The new policies apply on or after July 1, 2019.
