At WorkSafeBC, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak to determine how we can adjust our services to better support you.

As part of these adjustments, we have expanded our capacity to answer claim questions electronically. While our Claims Call Centre remains open if you prefer to speak to someone on the phone, we recognize that many of you may have questions that you’d prefer to ask online.

To use this option and submit your claim questions confidentially and securely, visit our “Email us” form and:

• Check the “General claims and injury inquiries” option
• Submit your question in the message field
• Provide your contact information so we can respond or follow up for more information as needed
