Published policy

Section 82 of the Workers Compensation Act states that the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Board shall set and revise as necessary the policies of the Board of Directors, including policies respecting compensation, assessment, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety (or prevention).

The policies of the Board of Directors are to be applied by all decision-makers in the workers’ compensation system. Manuals and documents containing these policies include:
