November 2005 Public Hearing Details

The Board of Directors, at their September 13, 2005 meeting, approved the release of proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation to a public hearing. The public hearing will provide stakeholders with another opportunity to comment on the proposed regulatory amendments. Feedback on the proposed regulatory amendments received during the public hearing will be presented to the Board of Directors for their consideration.

Formal notice of the public hearing, as required under Section 226 of the Workers Compensation Act, will be provided in the latter part of September 2005.
