Notice of release for consultation of 2007 proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
December 12, 2006 Update: Additional amendments released for consultation for Part 3, Rights and Responsibilities, relating to occupational first aid requirements.
December 7, 2006 Update: Consultation period on the 2007 proposed regulatory amendments has been extended to February 28, 2007.
November 2006 Update: Additional amendments to be released for consultation for Part 4, General Conditions, relating to Working Alone or in Isolation.
The Board of Directors approved the release of the 2007 proposed amendments for consultation. An online survey is available with each amendment package.
