Board of Directors’ decision on the 2011 amendments to the Working Alone requirements in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
At its December 2011 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to the Working Alone requirements in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
These amendments will become effective on April 15, 2012.

Approved amendments with explanatory notes
A discussion paper relating to the proposed addition of a third option was taken to public consultation in the fall of 2010 and to public hearings in May–June 2011. Stakeholder feedback from the 2011 public hearings is available for review.
