The Board of Directors, at its November 17, 2005 meeting, approved the release of the 2006 proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation for consultation prior to public hearings in May 2006.
There were a number of avenues for stakeholders to provide feedback on the proposed amendments, including:

Consultation has concluded. As a result of feedback received from the consultation sessions, the proposed amendments have been revised.
