Proposed Amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation

The Board of Directors, at its March 21, 2006 meeting, approved the release of proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation to public hearings in May 2006. The public hearings will provide stakeholders with another opportunity to comment on the proposed regulatory amendments. Feedback on the proposed regulatory amendments received during the public hearings will be presented to the Board of Directors for their consideration.
