1998 Policy decisions

Every month, WorkSafeBC's Panel of Administrators makes policy decisions that affect the workers and employers of British Columbia. For example, the decisions can affect the assessment rates an employer pays, or the level of benefits a worker receives.

Copies of Panel decisions are now available to the public and other interested stakeholders. Following each monthly meeting, a summary of the decisions will be posted, along with a copy of the formal Resolution of the Panel.

WorkSafeBC is committed to open communications with its stakeholders. If you have any questions about the decisions made by the Panel, call WorkSafeBC's contact person noted after each summary.
