Section 3(7)(b) Coverage for Students Participating in Work Study/Work Experience in Public Secondary Schools
On January 29, 2008 the Board of Directors passed a resolution extending coverage under section 3(7)(b) of the Workers Compensation Act to secondary school students engaged in work study programs as deemed workers of the Crown in right of the Province. The resolution came into effect on January 29, 2008.
