Proposed amendments to the policies in Chapter 10 of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II — Health Care

Please note: The submission deadline has been extended to Friday, February 10, 2012.

The policies in Chapter 10 of the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, provide direction on the provision of health care to injured workers.

The Policy and Regulation Division has developed a discussion paper and draft revisions to the policies in Chapter 10 for the consideration of stakeholders. Proposed deletions of policy wording are identified with a strikethrough and additions are identified in bold.

Stakeholders are invited to review the discussion paper and draft policies, and to provide feedback by January 27, 2012 (extended to February 10, 2012).

The consultation period will end on January 27, 2012 (extended to February 10, 2012). The Board of Directors will consider stakeholder feedback before making a decision on policy amendments.
