The policies in Chapter 3 of the Rehabilitation Services and Claims Manual, Volume II provide direction primarily on the determination of whether a worker's personal injury or death arises out of and in the course of the employment.
The Policy and Research Division has developed a discussion paper and draft revisions to the policies in Chapter 3 for the consideration of stakeholders. Proposed deletions of policy wording are identified with a strikethrough and additions are identified in bold.
Stakeholders are invited to review the discussion paper and draft policies, and to provide feedback by September 7, 2007.

Please note: Once you click the “submit” button at the bottom of the form you cannot access it again to make additional comments.
