Section 39 (1)(e) - Relief of Costs for a Pre-Existing Disease, Condition or Disability
The Policy and Research Division has developed a discussion paper on "Relief of Costs for a Pre-Existing Disease, Condition or Disability" under section 39(1)(e) of the Workers Compensation Act for the consideration of stakeholders. Stakeholders are invited to review the discussion paper and provide feedback by November 1, 2004.
