Reconsideration and Reopening
The Policy and Research Division has developed a discussion paper on Clarification of the Reconsideration and Reopening Policies (PDF 98kb) for consideration by stakeholders.
Stakeholders are invited to review the discussion paper and provide feedback
by July 16, 2004.
