The Status of Treatment Injuries
The Policy and Regulation Development Bureau has developed a discussion paper on the status of treatment injuries under the Workers Compensation Act. Stakeholders are invited to review the paper and to provide comments to the Bureau by December 12, 2003.

Opinions expressed by stakeholders will be brought to the attention of the WCB's governing body, the Board of Directors, before it adopts any amendments to current policy.

on their own behalf will be kept confidential according to the provisions
of the Freedom
of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
