November 21, 2006, Richmond, B.C. — This past summer, WorkSafeBC's Customer Support Centre (CSC) conducted their annual customer satisfaction survey to find out how they're meeting customer expectations, and to identify opportunities for improvement. This year, CSC extended the survey to external customers who use our online services. Of the customers who responded, all were very satisfied with the service and courtesy provided by CSC technical support.
“Thanks to every one of our customers who took the time to give us feedback,” says Laurie Petersen, manager of the Customer Support Centre. “We’ll be using that information to improve our existing services and develop our 2007 Action Plan.”
Everyone who responded was entered in a draw to win a prize package consisting of a WorkSafeBC vest, cap, calendar, and date book. The lucky winner was Steve Pierrot.
