Quality assurance
Quality assurance (QA) includes a number of measures to ensure:
- A consistently high standard of performance
- Quality-related activities are being performed effectively
- Stakeholders may have confidence audit results are valid and meaningful
QA ensures continuous improvement of the program and makes certain all parties involved perform their respective functions and responsibilities to prescribed quality standards.
QA includes the following hierarchy of control measures:
- Qualified auditors evaluate and monitor the employer
- Certifying Partners confirm the validity of every employer audit
- Partners Program (COR) staff audit the Certifying Partners to ensure standards and guidelines are followed
